Carrie Santos is the CEO of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). Carrie brings nearly two decades of experience in executive leadership, change management and strategic development of international policy and programmes. She recently served as Policy Section Chief, Refugee Admissions at the U.S. Department of State. Prior to that, she worked at the American Red Cross as the Executive Director for International Response and Programs.
